Since 1992, when I graduated with a Degree and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Occupational Psychology, I have worked with organisations and individuals in a number of ways. My principal area of work is in psychometric assessment, working closely with a diverse range of companies across the UK to assess, select and develop the right people for key work roles.
