Since 1992, when I graduated with a Degree and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Occupational Psychology, I have worked with organisations and individuals in a number of ways.
Principally, my work involves me with business across the UK (and aboroad), helping organisations to select the right people and develop the skills of existing employees. Psychometric testing is our core business. Since 2000, largely to meet the needs of clients, the business has evolved to incorporate hypnotherapy and life coaching services in the local area of Hull and nationwide. In effect, because many of the people that I came across in the course of business life would clearly benefit from help in developing themselves, it became a natural path to train and practise in these areas.
